Return & Refund Policy – Royal Bloom

At Royal Bloom, we value our customers and aim to provide high-quality organic soaps and organic cosmetic products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Complaint Time Frames

  • Damaged or Wrong Product: Within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
  • Product Dissatisfaction / Unsatisfactory Results: Within 14 days of receiving the parcel.

Complaints made after the above time frames will not be accepted.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product (7 Days)

If you receive a damaged product or a wrong product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and share clear photos/videos as proof.

Once the issue is verified, Royal Bloom will re-ship the correct product to you.

3. Product Dissatisfaction / Unsatisfactory Results (14 Days)

If you are not satisfied with the product results or face any quality-related issue, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving the parcel.

  • The product must be properly packed.
  • Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

Once we receive the returned parcel and complete inspection, a refund will be processed.

4. Refund Method (COD Orders)

Since all orders are placed via Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive the returned parcel.
  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
  • Refund processing time is 5–7 working days after parcel receipt.

5. Non-Eligible Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

  • The complaint is raised after the allowed time period.
  • The product is damaged due to customer misuse.
  • The product is returned without prior approval/communication.
  • Original packaging is missing or severely damaged.
