At Royal Bloom, we aim to deliver your organic soaps and organic cosmetic products in a safe and timely manner. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders all across Pakistan.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

All orders at Royal Bloom are shipped via Cash on Delivery (COD). Customers are required to pay the full order amount at the time of delivery.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout before order confirmation. Shipping charges may vary depending on location and parcel weight.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared via SMS or WhatsApp, depending on courier service availability.

7. Failed or Delayed Delivery

Royal Bloom is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect address details, or customer unavailability. If a parcel is returned due to incomplete or incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged Parcels During Shipping

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos, as mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.
